II. Common Types of Panelization
V-CUT Panelization: V-CUT, or V-shaped cutting, is a commonly used method of panelization. It involves cutting V-shaped grooves on the boards, allowing PCBs to be easily broken apart. However, it should be noted that V-CUT can only follow straight lines and cannot turn corners.

Precautions:
Lines and pads should maintain a distance of 0.4mm from the outline.
V-cut edges have grooves, so it is particularly important to note that panelization should avoid using V-cuts.
The length of V-cuts should preferably not be less than 7cm.

Stamp Hole Panelization: Stamp hole panelization involves punching small holes at the board separation points, facilitating the operation of separation tools. This method is suitable for irregular boards and can improve the precision and safety of board separation.

Precautions:
Stamp holes are often used for irregular or circular board panelization.
The position of stamp holes should be at least 0.5mm away from components and traces on the board.
Generally, stamp holes use non-plated holes with a diameter of 0.8mm, with a center-to-center distance of about 1.1mm between holes, and it is advisable to have about 5 holes.

Yin-Yang Panelization: Yin-Yang panelization is a special method of panelization that maximizes the efficiency of SMT production lines by using layouts that are reversed on the front and back or left and right.
